I don't suppose you have a recipe for Maggiano's Bistecca alla Contadina. It is no longer on their menu, but it was a massive grilled steak smothered in -I think- grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms and Italian sausage.
I really want to duplicate this for my daughter and son-in-law the next time they visit from Great Britain. Thank you.
